Living in the heart of pottery culture, with nearby renowned ceramic-producing areas like Gifu’s Mino and Aichi’s Seto, Miyaki had many early opportunities to learn about diverse pottery traditions. He continues to create in Tajimi, where his works consistently reflect his ongoing challenges and new endeavors in the field.
